Overall, it worked out pretty well. We made everything but the pumpkin pie (my wife has her own recipe), and we bought a frozen/basted turkey (instead of brining). Summary of the various recipes:
- Turkey. Done earlier than expected, but was very good.
- Mashed potatoes. Turned out great.
- Gravy. Turned out great.
- Sweet potatoes. Overcooked the potatoes initially and put into too large a casserole, but turned out pretty good.
- Stuffing. Made way too much, but turned out pretty good.
- Cranberry relish. Had too much orange compared to cranberry, but tasted fine.
Overall, worked out well, and will probably use this for Christmas as well.
